Located in the peaceful Kirchboden district, THE LOFT is your home in Wagrain.
The Loft is comprised of two spacious, traditionally decorated flats within easy reach of all of Wagrain’s winter and summer attractions.
The Loft flats can be rented separately or combined to offer spacious accommodation for up to 10 people.

Idyllic apartment in Wagrain
We had a brilliant time staying here, everything was made so easy for us and the place was immaculately clean. Proximity to everything is perfect, with one ski lift and the town itself just 10 minutes walk to the bottom of the hill, and the closest ski lift, bars and restaurants only 5 minutes away in the opposite direction. Would stay here again without a doubt!

Fantastisk vært og beliggenhed
En rummelig og praktisk lejlighed tæt på wasserwelt og flying mozart liften. Ca 300m til liften, så vi lod vores skiudstyr stå i ski safe ved liften og så gik vi frem og tilbage. Det tog få minutter. Der kører også en bus tæt på. Fantastisk og hjælsom vært som sørgede for at vi fik en fantastisk ferie :-)

WAGRAIN IN WINTER
Wagrain is a winter sports paradise.
The resort offers excellently maintained slopes, an extended “snow sure” season and a perfect location.
Not only is Wagrain the central hub of the interconnected three-valley ski area of Flachau, Wagrain and St. Johan/Aplendorf, it is also part of Austria’s largest ski region area, Ski Amadé which offers visitors 860 km of ski slopes and 270 lifts all accessible with one pass.
From neighbouring Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl, easily accessible from Wagrain in less than 10 minutes by one of the many free ski shuttle bus routes in the area, visitors can ski directly in to Zauchensee.
For boarders the Absolut Park in Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl is an absolute must. With a length of 1.5 km, the park is one of the biggest terrain parks in Europe.
Additional boarding excitement can be found at the Betterpark Alpendorf atop the Grafenberg peak.
Wagrain also offers visitors with different thrills in mind an extensive network of cross country skiing and winter hiking trails with varying degrees of difficulty and a host of other activities including:

The summer season in Wagrain lasts from the end of May until about mid October.
From mountain biking to hiking, rock climbing to white water rafting, picnicking in adventure playgrounds and swimming in lakes and streams, Wagrain offers nearly unlimited prospects for relaxation, exercise, exploration and adventure in an incredibly beautiful natural setting.
There are nearby castles to explore and the wonderful UNESCO World Heritage listed sites of the historic centre of Salzburg and the Salzkammergut Cultural Landscape all within easy reach.
